Browse New Arrivals and open the product detail page for size, color, and stock notes.

DM AVELA on Instagram or message us on WhatsApp with the product name or screenshot.
Send the product name, product ID, or a screenshot so we can reserve the exact item.

Confirm size, delivery area, and payment method.
We confirm availability, delivery area, payment method, and final order details directly with you.

Receive your order within Dhaka, usually within 48 hours after confirmation.
Delivery timing starts after order confirmation and may vary slightly by area.

- Delivery available all over Dhaka.
- Maximum delivery time: within 48 hours after order confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery available.
- Delivery charge may apply depending on location.
Exchange / Issue Policy
- Exchange is accepted only if the wrong item or damaged item is delivered.
- Issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Photo or unboxing video proof may be required.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- No exchange for size confusion after customer confirms the size, unless Shop Avela sent the wrong size.
